- Vintage items, by their nature, may exhibit minor signs of wear resulting from previous usage, falling within an acceptable range.
2. Normal Vintage Wear:
- Minor imperfections such as microbites, fleabites, and micro-scratches and/or certain scratches may be considered within the spectrum of "normal vintage wear" or "standard vintage wear," depending on their extent.
3. Unacceptable Conditions:
- Any deviations from the aforementioned standard, including but not limited to chips on the base, body, or rim, cracks, repairs, staining, or breakage, will be meticulously assessed, documented, and described.
4. Returns and Refunds:
- Customers have the option to request a return and refund for their purchased items.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.
- In the event that an item is received in a damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised condition when it is returned to us, we will conduct a thorough review of the item to assess the nature and extent of the damage. Once we receive and review the returned item for damages, we will provide a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, depending on the extent of the damage and its consistency with the original sales advertisement.
5. Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, customers must ensure that the item is in its original advertised condition.
- Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in its original advertised condition, a full refund will be issued.
6. Damage During Return:
- During the return process, if the item is received in a broken, cracked, or damaged condition, which was not accurately represented in the sales advertisement, a 50% refund will be provided to the customer.
